The rollercoaster I didn't see coming
The staff were attentive was good. Our suite was comfortable with excellent bathroom amenities that enhanced the stay.
The immediate area surrounding the hotel felt a bit gritty, which could be off-putting at first. The breakfast lacked hot options, leaving something to be desired for those morning meals.

The location was super, just a short stroll away from a central plaza. Really enjoyed staying here, my room was lovely and outstanding and had central heating, iron and ironing board, and a work desk. The check-in was fast and the atmosphere was quiet overall.

Very central. Short trip from airport and close to shopping, restaurants, city attractions and activities. Staff very helpful and always available to assist within the hotel or for advice when venturing out. A quiet, comfortable and very efficient hotel. Room was very clean, pleasant and spacious. Definitely recommend it as a base to stay in if visiting Catania.
Bar very expensive! & much of the menu appeared to be "brought in". B & B is very good, but best to eat and entertain out (at the many good bars and restaurants nearby).

Catania is a culinary playground, and the Liberty Hotel made for a perfect home base. I dove into local eats like the Hungarian beef stew, a flavor explosion! The breakfast is spot on too, with fresh eggs served with a smile to kickstart your day. Plus, the staff dished out fab tips-Silvio even told us where to grab the best gelato nearby!
The hotel, while charming, has walls that whisper of its glory days. It feels like stepping back in time. If you're on the main street, just peek a little further to uncover hidden gems and avoid the ultra-hyped tourist traps.

very friendly , helpfull, good english speaking personal at the reception desk , it is in the middle of the centre , so a lot of very small streets before you get there but it is wirth looking for it , very nice , warm hotel , beautifull bathroom , very nice bedrooms , the entrance is beautifull . free wireless , near to nice little restaurants .
op de bookingsite staat 4 km van de airport , dit is niet helemaal correct , het is verder maar geen reden om dit hotel te vermijden !!

The staff were charming, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The decor is superb in public areas and the rooms. The location is nice and quiet but convenient for both the city of Catania (much better than anticipated) and nearby attractions such as Mount Etna; Siracusa and Taormina.
Not a thing.

The hotel had an elegant design that felt
Charming and cute, particularly in the lobby. The staff were accommodating, helping us with local recommendations and transportation. My only concern was the limited range of English TV channels, a letdown during downtime.

This was the best hotel we stayed in during our trip in Sicily. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff was very friendly and the hotel is really nice with large rooms.
Cannot find anything to complain about.

Everything (very nice little hotel with helpful english-speaking staff at reception). For an interesting italian food experience try the trattorias in Via Plebiscito just north of the hotel.
Nothing. Although pretty close to the central Piazza Stesicoro it may be a bit hard to find at first, but if you follow trustingly the hotel signs you should be able to find it.

It's not perfect, but It's nice
The artistic decor transported us back in time, while the staff's earnest service was good. Though the surrounding area felt gritty, the warmth and attentiveness from the staff far outweighed any concerns. This hotel offers character and nice hospitality!

The staff were really professional and welcoming. The bathroom was beautiful. The location is very good.
I thought breakfast could have been better. I know that breakfasts in Italy have a bad reputation but I find it inexcusable that artificial juices are served. (Not just at this hotel).
